At OMRT, we are embedding ourselves into the very core of our clients' processes. We are shifting from recurring projects to deep, long-term collaborations that redefine how the real estate industry uses technology. As our first-ever CSM hire, you aren't just filling a seat—you are an entrepreneur in residence. You will work directly with our Founders to co-design this role, acting as the vital bridge between our commercial, engineering, product, and tech teams while ensuring our clients reach their business goals faster than ever before. If you are bold, a bit rebellious, and ready to set new industry standards, we want you at the forefront of our expansion. What you’ll do: Identify and convince clients to embark upon full-scale implementations with OMRT. Conduct comprehensive client assessments and prepare detailed implementation plans. Co-manage the operational organisation to ensure every implementation is delivered optimally and efficiently. Build and manage relationships with clients, by optimising client satisfaction to ensure continued and measurable value-adding service, client longevity and "top of mind" awareness for OMRT.
