Do you have experience troubleshooting and repairing POS Systems and providing Desktop Support Services? Summary: Tri Star Energy is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our IT team in our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN . This is a valued role that assists with keeping our retail locations up and running with software installations, upgrades, repair, and maintenance on all computer, network, and telecom equipment. This position is charged with responding to locations in a timely manner and providing strong customer service experience while engaging with both internal employees and in-store guests. Qualifications: - Provides support/maintenance to various retail locations and corporate employees. - Provides POS support/maintenance specializing in VeriFone Equipment (Ruby, Sapphire, SPP, etc.). - Provides IT support/maintenance of back office equipment (PC hardware and software, Laser Printer, Handheld Scanner, etc.) and network equipment (LAN and WAN). - Provides technical support/maintenance for third-party equipment (Veeder Root ATG, money order machines, etc.) and fuel dispenser interfaces/fore-court controllers. - Coordinat...
