Product Architect

Job description

The role is a senior member of the development team with broad knowledge of hardware / software and a detailed understanding of the end-use case. The successful engineer will define block-level architecture that is used to guide the analog and digital design team implementation of the product requirements document. They converts Market, customer, industry standards, and other stakeholders' needs into a technical product requirements document (PRD). They are responsible for understanding and distilling system-level specifications that relate to the product requirement and how this services the product road map as defined by the product Marketing team. They describe, through Jama, product features including defining the Product pinout, specification table, functional description, register requirements, etc. They work closely with the full development team to ensure the customers’ requirements are met in the final product. They break down the system requirements into block-level implementation, including the interaction between blocks and the degrees of programmability and accuracy required in each component.
