Position Summary The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in the successful execution of industrial construction projects with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Planning, Scheduling, Budget Control, and Change Management. This position requires close coordination with the construction team, contractors, suppliers, and the owner’s representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on the job site, assisting the Project - Manager in ensuring all team members, contractors, and subcontractors adhere to - company and OSHA standards. - Assist in developing and implementing the project quality program, including inspection - points, documentation, and completion sign-off criteria. - Support the coordination of work between on-site contractors, suppliers, and the owner’s - team to ensure effective communication and sequencing of activities. - Assist with construction scheduling, including updating progress, identifying potential - delays, and supporting recovery planning. - Help track and process project documentation such as invoices, payments, change orders, - and back charges. - Prepare and maintain project communica...
