Federal Technical Architect - Public Sector Solutions/OmniStudio Location: Hybrid (US-based, strong preference for DC Metro Area). In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and to Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. Job Summary: The Federal PSS Technical Architect is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the comprehensive design, development, and governance of high-impact digital transformation solutions utilizing the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and OmniStudio platforms within the Federal government.This role provides expert architectural oversight to ensure solutions are highly scalable, secure, performant, and compliant with all Federal mandates (including security, data, and accessibility standards). The Technical Architect sets technical standards, identifies and mitigates risks, mentors the development team, and serves as the ultimate owner of the technical quality and successful deployment of the solution.
