Job Summary: The Manager, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) oversees the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role provides leadership in nursing practice, staff development, operational efficiency, and quality improvement. The Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and achievement of organizational goals in quality, safety, and financial performance.
