Job Description Operations Supervisors directly supervise operations teams in attaining production, safety, quality, service, productivity, cost reduction, and other department goals. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead the logistics and storage operations, ensuring alignment with supply chain objectives and fostering an environment of safety and efficiency. This role is primarily based on-site at our Longford facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight Workflow Management: Direct daily activities for receiving and dispatch, ensuring labor resources are allocated effectively to meet fluctuating demand. Logistics Coordination: Manage dock scheduling and coordinate with transport partners to ensure on-time delivery and pick-up. Inventory Integrity: Lead cycle counting and full physical audits; investigate and resolve stock discrepancies within the ERP system. 2. Team Leadership & Development Supervision: Manage a team of warehouse operatives, providing clear daily briefings, setting performance targets, and conducting regular 1-on-1 appraisals.
