Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 232-unit apartment community conveniently nestled mid-cities, in Arlington, close to I-20 and Hwy 287! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
