Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products, Inc., a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist. About the Role We are seeking a versatile HR professional who can balance the responsibilities of an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition for our San Marcos, California office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to wear multiple hats – from managing employee relations and HR compliance to sourcing candidates and coordinating the hiring process. This role will support he day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department while also driving recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent. The HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with management in supporting employees.
