Job Title: Senior Program Manager (Knowledge Management & Engineering) Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid/On-site) Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Role Overview Red Arch Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Senior Program Manager to lead a flagship mission-critical program supporting the IC and DoD. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team of 200+ employees and subcontractors focused on the full lifecycle of entity-based knowledge solutions—from ingestion and discovery to triage and global collaboration. This is a "total ownership" role. You will be responsible for the strategic execution, financial health, and technical excellence of a complex portfolio that integrates software development, analytic enrichment, and multi-agency outreach.
