Position Details: Title: Director, Raw Materials Quality Department: Quality Reports to: VP, Global Quality (VP, Customer Care interim) Location: Can be based in most US states, Mexico, or South Korea Job Classification: Remote FLSA Status: Exempt Job Band: Executive Job Summary The Director, Raw Materials Quality is responsible for ensuring Carhartt’s raw materials uphold the brand’s promise for world class durability. This includes the execution of the quality component of raw materials including all fabrics, trims, washes and color in bulk production. This will be through close partnership with the Product Development Raw Material Team, Quality Assurance, Quality Integrity and Sourcing to ensure production is executed with excellence. They will play an integral role in the business relationship and production process of raw material vendors by ensuring conformance to requirements, evaluation of mills and driving the strategy and adherence to process controls.
