The Opportunity Wajax Limited is currently seeking a full-time Permanent Safety Advisor. This job position is an in-person position with required travel. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong Health and safety administration background with keen communication skills. This role requires both office and shop/field time allocation. The Role: Key Accountabilities for this role include: - Support, participate in and offer coaching to staff and leadership. - Conducts in-person and virtual site tours, ensuring effective safety practices while providing advice, guidance, and coaching - Support remote branches through regular communication and virtual assistance. - Collaborates with leadership & JHSC with clients and external HS related requests. - Works jointly with the EHS&W team across Canada on various projects and objectives throughout the year. - Aids with maintaining the Certificate of Recognition (COR) and action planning. - Assists leadership in reviewing incident investigation...
