Job Description Summary Note: This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, offering flexibility and collaboration. Employees are expected to work from our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office several days each month (typically averaging 2–3 days per week). In-office time can be scheduled flexibly throughout the month in alignment with team and business needs. This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. Job Description: As a key member of the Bank Technology Development team, the Lead Business Analyst plays an essential role in supporting Bank Technology users. This position encompasses two primary areas of responsibility. The first involves performing core Business Analyst functions, including gathering, documenting, and supporting business requirements through successful implementation. The second focuses on serving as a Business Administrator for multiple vendor-based banking applications, primarily Fiserv.
