The Director, Technical AI Product Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions within Marriott’s Primary Use Case Pods . This role combines deep technical expertise with modern product management practices to create scalable, human-centered AI products that deliver measurable business impact. The Director leads cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and implement solutions leveraging RPA, traditional AI, and generative AI. Acting as a trusted technical liaison to business stakeholders, this leader ensures alignment between product vision and enterprise objectives while championing responsible AI principles throughout the development lifecycle. By fostering a culture of experimentation, iterative development, and data-driven decision-making, the Director accelerates Marriott’s AI transformation and ensures solutions are innovative, ethical, and user-focused.
