What you’ll do: You will be part of the team running a precision coating system. That means: - Operating and monitoring vacuum coating equipment and support systems - Adjusting process settings to keep quality and yield on track - Troubleshooting equipment like pumps, gauges, gas systems, and power supplies - Testing, checking, and documenting process data throughout the shift - Catching issues early and helping fix root causes, not just symptoms - Working closely with quality and production teammates to improve results - Supporting maintenance and routine system care - Helping train others as you build skill and confidence in the proc...
