Project Manager, Creative Services

Job description

West Elm is looking for a Project Manager, Creative. You will be responsible for planning and tracking, digital and print production, and resource oversight for projects within the Creative department. This role serves as a central point between the Creative team and other departments within the organization to ensure that projects are completed successfully. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator and problem solver with an ability to motivate and rally project teams. You will: Manage and Prioritize multiple projects from kick-off to completion, including the creation of project schedules, tracking and ensuring all deliverables are met and regularly communicating status with all team members Support in the establishment and rollout of new processes and procedures that will contribute better team communication and project documentation.
