Position: Produce Clerk: Casual: Less than 24 hours per week Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Practice safe food handling procedures and wear appropriate attire Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications: Outstanding customer service and communication skills - Guide customers to specific items - Assist in receiving and inspecting fresh produce - Stock, face, cull and rotate inventory following the First In, First Out (FIFO) process - Wash, cut, and package product for fresh cut program - Water plants and change water in flowers as required - Ensure consistent supply and display of fresh produce - Operate equipment safely - Maintain temperature logs and ensure all food and equipment temperatures comply with food safety guidelines - Verify package dates and remove expired products...
