About the Role Culmen International, LLC seeks an International Capture Manager to drive business growth through strategic relationship management, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, market analysis, capture budgeting, teaming strategies, and proposal support. This role focuses on identifying and capturing international and globally executed programs across Culmen’s mission areas including WMD nonproliferation, security cooperation, emergency response, and expeditionary logistics. As a key member of the Business Development team, the International Capture Manager plays a critical role in achieving new business growth objectives.
