Job Description Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment. Essential job functions: - Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities - Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures - Create specific reports and dashboards for Sales Management to support strategic and tactical initiatives - Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information - Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned - Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users - Continued databases clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce - Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency - Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours Qualifications: - 1 Year Salesforce experience preferred - Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems hig...
