Project Superintendent

Job description

PROJECT SUPERINTENDANT: As a Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction, maintenance, and operation of electrical power transmission and distribution projects by collaborating with project managers, coordinators, foremen, field personnel, and other teams. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, project management, and team leadership. The Superintendent plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Ensure all required materials and equipment are available, and proper inspections occur to support the project schedule. - Ensure the jobsites are safe for workers and visitors as well as help manage compliance with established company safety policies, procedures, and objectives. - Provide assistance, insight, and suggestions to the safety team. - Work with project management teams to budget, forecast, and manage labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other costs. - Prepare work plans and assist with HASPs for applic...
