Principal Digital Product Manager - AI Program

Job description

Responsible for driving the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap, and execution across multiple assigned digital products. Advocates for the end user experience through data and research driven product discovery and development methods. Ensures alignment between Product, Business and Platform/Property priorities in context of Mayo Clinic's overall strategy and goals, while ensuring the end-user needs are met. Oversees the entire life cycle of the assigned product, from defining and setting the vision, managing teams to hit cross-product and shared OKRs, deriving feature intention maps, and managing capacity against scope - ultimately creating a best in class user/customer experience, while on time and within budget. Sets the portfolio-wide standard for problem definition – ensuring every initiative is grounded in a clear articulation of what is being built, why it matters and how success will be measured before any solution work begins. Defines and owns cross-product OKRs across the portfolio, establishing clear targets aligned to organizational goals.
