Under general direction, implements, conducts, teaches and monitors sport performance programs; assists with rehabilitation of injured student-athletes; assists in management of sports performance center; effective daily communication with athletic trainers and staff of assigned sport teams; compliance with NCAA, Atlantic 10 and university rules and regulations; and other duties as assigned. Job Duties: Assist with the design, development and implementation of Sport Performance programs for assigned intercollegiate athletic sport teams. Assist with performance testing of student-athletes. Required to keep accurate and up-to-date records. Assist with cleaning, maintaining and organizing the weight room facility.
