Summary: This position will work in the Cold Room and Day Room area, operating a fork lift, performing all bulk handling duties, and printing tickets through the use of the inventory control system to ensure that product quality meets customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Tasks include, but are not limited to: operating a fork lift to handle all bulk product and materials related to work area; scanning, creating or reworking bulk tickets; cleaning food contact surfaces, floors, framework and the environment of the assigned work area; fully understanding the purpose and operation of the Cold and Day Room Areas and making decisions based on sound judgment as a situation may dictate.
