Business Development Representative (Real Estate Liaison) San Diego (East County/Central) – Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week to start) Caring Transitions of La Mesa is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to cultivate and grow high-value referral relationships within the local real estate community, specifically targeting top producers in La Mesa, Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Tierrasanta, and Lemon Grove. This is a structured outreach role designed for a professional who thrives in networking environments, builds trust quickly, and enjoys generating a consistent lead flow through professional relationship development. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in making us the "First Choice" partner for every brokerage in our territory. What You’ll Do: Caravan Dominance: Attend local real estate events (East County/Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors) to actively build and maintain agent relationships.
