In this hybrid role, you will both design and build interactive microlearning and performance solutions using AI-accelerated workflows in a gamified learning platform delivering in agile timelines and measured by learner impact. Job Summary: As a Digital Learning Designer / eLearning Developer (LL2), you will own the full lifecycle of digital learning products from instructional analysis and storyboarding through hands-on eLearning development, publishing, and iteration. Supporting Banking Operations, you will partner with business stakeholders to diagnose performance needs, recommend learning and non-learning interventions, and design and build digital learning solutions that drive measurable improvements in skill, behavior, and business outcomes.
