Overview This position is located at 20th Fighter Wing (ACC), 20th Medical Group, Family Advocacy, Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) To provide professional clinical social work or marriage and family therapy services in support of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP). As the Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM), designs, develops, maintains, implements, and evaluates clinical services for installation FAP. Serves as an installation clinical subject matter expert (SME) providing consultation to installation leadership and medical professionals regarding needs assessment, determining clinical intervention requirements, and developing implementation strategies. Performs case management, risk and clinical assessments, and crisis intervention to prevent and treat child maltreatment and spouse/intimate partner abuse serving beneficiaries scattered over a large geographical area.
