SUMMARY: Primary function is to supervise a variety of general warehouse activities and support staff. Onsite role in Laredo, TX . - Must be proficient in Spanish and English* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Operations Leadership: - Direct and oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations. - Ensure smooth coordination between departments to meet production and shipping goals. - Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend and implement improvements to increase productivity and accuracy. - Monitor workflow to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. - Allocate resources effectively to meet shifting demands. Outbound Shipment Management: - Supervise the picking, staging, and loading of outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product selection. - Verify shipment approvals and ensure correct carrier assignment and dispatch in a timely manner. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the outbound process to ensure minimal disruption.
