Starting pay: $18 The Food Runner supports the dining team by delivering food promptly, accurately, and with exceptional guest service. This role ensures each dish reaches the guest in perfect condition while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and assisting with overall restaurant operations to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. - Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude while taking accurate orders and anticipating guest needs. - Maintain strong knowledge of Starbucks products, seasonal offerings, and customization options to assist guests with confidence. - Operate espresso machines, blenders, ovens, and other equipment safely and efficiently. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, condiment bars, seating areas, and equipment. - Follow all cash‑handling procedures, operate the POS system accurately, and complete transactions efficiently. - Support inventory rotation, restocking, and product preparation to ensure availability throughout the shift. - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation g...
