Education/Experience: - Lead the transfer of new process/product programs from pre-production, through manufacturing qualification, to full implementation. Responsibilities include developing master schedule, developing downtime and ramp plans, managing budget, identification of key risks, coordination of activities across cross functional teams and champion programs through the change management system. Provide regular updates to a cross section of stakeholders, including GMO operations, ME sustaining and integration teams and executive leadership team. - Associates Degree in a technical discipline with 2 years as First Solar Manufacturing Engineer II, or 5 Years Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting or 4 years Engineering and 6 years technical experience in a manufacturing setting, or - Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 2 years as First Solar Manufacturing Engineer II, or 5 years Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting, or 4 years Engineering and 3 years technical experience in a manufacturing setting, or - MS Degree in a technical discipline wi...
