Manager, Marketing Operations Systems Support

Overview The Manager, Operation Systems Support leads a team dedicated to integrating and/or developing, supporting and training systems/tools associated with content creation/management, database management, event management, marketing automation and sales CRM at the request of Marketing and Communication leadership or as part of an implementation/sustainment plan developed in a process improvement event. Responsibilities: - Organizational alignment. Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements; design, implement, and operationalize systems to support processes developed to achieve organizational business objectives • Systems management. Integrate with internal and third party systems and launch new tools to support the business. Project manage custom development projects with IT. Coordinate with other stakeholders to gather business requirements and work with IT to ensure on-time roll-outs. Build advanced capabilities that simplify work-flows, improve productivity, and enable reporting• Metrics and ROI.
