Job description

DESCRIPTION: Duties: Drive the design, development, deployment, and production support of foreign exchange (FX) electronic trading systems. Manage the full delivery lifecycle of trading applications including intake, feasibility assessment, impact analysis, release planning, operationalization, and ongoing support to ensure timely and high-quality execution that meets business objectives. Drive the onboarding of institutional clients to the firm's FX electronic trading platform by configuring FIX (Financial Information Exchange) sessions, certifying client workflows, resolving connectivity issues, and validating production readiness. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including traders, strategists, sales, compliance, engineering, and client service teams to ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with trading strategies, regulatory requirements, and client needs. Design and implement enhancements to the firm's algo trading platform, integrating internal and external FIX- based systems.
