The Manager, Accounting and Finance Operations is a key finance leadership role responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the Toronto office. In addition to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with ASPE, the Manager is responsible for the effective administration and execution of trust accounting in compliance with the Law Society of Ontario, accounts payable & disbursement process, and partner-related administration. The role actively drives process optimization, strengthens internal controls, and develops a high-performing, engaged team.
