Something Extraordinary Every Day™ As our Senior Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and enhancing the guest experience in our destination. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury and premium retail operations, strong stakeholder management skills, strong product knowledge, both in terms of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and a passion for delivering exceptional service standards. You will collaborate closely with brand partners, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the continued success and growth of our unique retail environment. The role is based in Fidenza Village, full-time and offered on a permanent basis. This offer is available also for candidates belonging to protected categories in line with law 68/99, article 18.
