The Position Germany and Poland sit at the core of Hive's business. Germany is our home market, and Poland is one of our most strategically important fulfillment regions. This role owns end-to-end partner operations for both. As Senior Strategic Partner Manager DE/PL, you will own Hive's delivery, freight, and fulfillment partner portfolio across Germany and Poland, while leading a small, high-impact team. You'll be accountable for everything from commercial partner relationships down to operational performance at our partner sites, and be the face of operations for these two markets, internally with our Growth Team and externally with our most important carrier and 3PL partners. You'll do this with two direct reports: a Junior Strategic Partner Manager, and a Special Operations Manager based in Poland.
