The Position: The Maintenance Specialist provides advanced technical support to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This role performs troubleshooting, corrective repairs, and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and sustain equipment performance. The Maintenance Specialist works independently or within a team to resolve simple to complex issues, maintains accurate GxP-compliant documentation, and supports engineering activities.
