Sandhill Cove is recruiting for a hospitality focused Custodian/Janitor to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Custodian/Janitor: Shift: 4p to 8pm every other weekend - flexible schedule (12 - 20 hours a week) Benefits: - Follows cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) as outlined for Housekeeping Department. Cleans assigned areas, furnishings, fixtures, gutters, power washing outside walkways, resident patios, parking areas, etc. according to established procedures. - Cleans floors: Dry mop, wet mop, sweeps, disinfects where and when necessary.
