What you’ll be doing: In this role you will play a hands‑on role in keeping partner compensation accurate, timely, and running smoothly, handling everything from commission and override payments to reconciliations, reporting, and audit support. A background in accounting is ideal (commission paying experience is a plus but not required), you don’t need decades of experience – just the drive to learn the business, master the systems and grow.
