We offer a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs.
