About the Team The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency. - End-to-End Operations & KPIs: Oversee the daily operations of TikTok Shop EU FBT (warehousing & last-mile), establishing and monitoring core KPIs (e.g., dispatch rate, inventory accuracy, CPO) to optimize fulfillment performance; - SOPs & Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouses and establish health monitoring mechanisms to ensure continuous process optimization; - Mega Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Commercial and S&OP teams to design and execute capacity, manpower, and operational assurance plans for major promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale); - Project Management (PMO): Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex FBT projects (e.g., new warehouse launches, system rollouts) by managing milestones, WBS, resources, and post-project reviews; - Cross...
