About the Position: As a Product Support Operations Representative (PSOR), you are primarily responsible to lead and deliver differentiated dealer capabilities with Cat dealers and Caterpillar industry partners to execute the Enterprise Strategy. This position will be based in Brisbane and will be responsible for Hastings Deering Australia and Pacific Island Dealers. Key responsibilities will include: Lead and deliver differentiated dealer capabilities (fundamental and industry-specific) Lead key initiatives/Workstreams such as Services Commitment implementation and deliver key enablers Identify and deliver targeted Service Operations improvements.
