About the Role: Personal Lines Sales and Service Agents serve as essential members of our personal lines service and sales team. In this role, you will manage all inbound personal lines sales and service calls, providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers. Responsibilities include quoting and writing new business, cross-selling products, marketing, processing policy changes, answering billing inquiries, accepting payments, verifying insurance, and addressing a wide range of personal lines insurance needs.
