Job description
General Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative drives net-new revenue for TPx by proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business. This role carries a monthly new‑revenue quota and focuses on selling TPx's full suite of Managed Services, including UCx, Managed IT, Security, Cloud/business continuity, and Secure Networking solutions. The ISR manages the entire sales cycle--from discovery to close--while maintaining a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound engagement, and self‑sourced opportunities. Direct Reports: No Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Consistently meets or exceeds monthly new ‑ revenue targets. - Generates new business through proactive outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, while qualifying all leads. - Responds to inbound calls, chats, and inquiries to identify and advance additional sales opportunities. - Builds and maintains at least 5x pipeline coverage through steady outbound and inbound activity. - Conducts consultative discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and technical requirements. - Collaborates with Solutions Architects and internal specialists for advanced discovery, solution design, and approvals....
