Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst The Role: We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and analytically driven Business Analyst to join the Business Performance Measurement (BPM) team. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, business, and Technology stakeholders to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end data solutions that support enterprise priorities and decision‑making. You will translate business needs into clear analytical and data requirements, support the design and reliability of data products, and contribute to the evolution of BPM’s data capabilities. This includes performing data testing and validation, researching data issues and emerging trends, supporting operational processes, and enabling both ad‑hoc and enterprise‑level analytics. You will also help facilitate data governance, manage communication related to data health and availability, and develop artifacts that ensure efficient and effective solution delivery.
