Production Technician - 26000502 Description Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Production Technician for our Ontario, CA Facility. This position will report to the Production Superintendent. The Production Technician will be responsible for ensuring production requirements are met and that the facility is operated in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. This is a front-line operations role that will respond to unplanned events, work independently, and make technical decisions and recommendations to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the facility. This position requires a combination of office and field work. Primary Responsibilities: - Coordinates closely with other operators and management - Maintains compliance with all applicable regulatory, policy, and internal engineering standards - Production Technicians must demonstrate initiative and self-motivation and be able to work with minimal supervision - Work rotating shifts, work holidays and weekends - Start up, shutdown of plant equipment, learn and operate the production processes. - Collaborates with support teams for technical assistance - Maximizes efficiency and operating capacity of the plants - Trou...
