This role is responsible for end‑to‑end requirements definition, business process analysis, and translation of stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation that underpins successful delivery. The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring a shared understanding of scope, requirements, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria. This role plays a critical part in reducing ambiguity, rework, and delivery risk across complex, multi‑country initiatives. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role suited to someone who is comfortable working in imperfect environments, navigating differing regional processes, and bringing clarity and structure to complex problems.
