KIDS MINISTRY COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION: The Kids’ Ministry Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and organizing all aspects of the Kids’ Ministry at Hillside Chapel for children ages 0-11. This includes oversight of Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary Sunday School, along with any other kids’ ministry events and programming. The Kids’ Ministry Coordinator will also be responsible for organizing and discipling Kids’ Ministry volunteers and will work to equip parents for the discipleship of their children. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight and Planning: - Oversee Kids’ Ministries (Ages 0-11) and develop a team of equipped volunteers to disciple children - Aid in the development and growth of Hillside Kids’ Ministries, including events and programming - Work to equip parents for the discipleship of their children Budget & Purchasing: - Assist with curriculum implementation by considering age appropriateness and theological alignment of material - Manage the Kids’ Ministry budget Sunday Morning Service: - Before and after service, make sure to have processes in place to set-up and tear-down Sunday school classroom requirements, ensuring all volunteers and teaching materials are in...
