At Ingerman, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and carrying out preventative maintenance on assigned property/properties. This includes maintaining and improving the condition of property grounds and buildings and the timely completion of work orders. Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: - Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance - Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents - Conducts maintenance-related inspections, including building and alarm systems - Removes snow, ice and leaves from sidewalks, walkways, steps and driveways/parking spaces - Completes janitorial requirements in accordance with the janitorial schedule - Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays—resolves as circumstances warrant - Patrols property daily to identify areas in need of cleaning and completes...
