Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity The Director, Business Enablement leads the Sales and Operations enablement function, translating strategy into measurable execution across SMB and Enterprise. This role drives revenue growth and retention by ensuring customer-facing teams are prepared for launches and change, improving end‑to‑end processes, and delivering cost savings through standardization, automation, and effective operating practices. Operating within Operations, this role partners with Product, Product Operations, Sales (SMB and Enterprise), Marketing, Customer Experience, and frontline teams to deliver scalable readiness and change programs. The Director defines the enablement roadmap, aligns roles and impacts, and ensures tools, playbooks, and processes are implemented to support adoption. Success is measured through revenue impact, operational performance, and financial outcomes.
