Our Team, Your Impact The IT Director, CRM & Marketing Technology Strategy is a senior technology leader responsible for shaping and executing the CRM and marketing technology roadmap that enables customer-centric, data-driven Commercial excellence. This role oversees enterprise CRM platforms, omnichannel marketing capabilities, digital engagement tools, and their integration across the US Commercial ecosystem.
