Large Loss handles claims where homes have been seriously damaged or destroyed. These aren’t quick claims. They take patience, structure and clear communication with customers, assessors and repairers, especially when customers are stressed and trying to figure out what happens next. This is the kind of work where empathy really matters, because the decisions you make help people start putting their lives back together. Most days you’ll be reviewing reports, applying policy and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned so claims keep moving. Some conversations will be straightforward. Others will be tougher, where customers need calm explanations and steady guidance. You won’t be left to figure it out alone. You’ll work alongside experienced advisors, take part in regular case reviews and build confidence managing more complex claims over time.
